Sleep to help Haiti
I am grateful to announce that the CD Sleep is Behind the Door has raised over $2000 in relief for Haiti. The majority has gone to the United Methodist Committee on Relief (http://www.umcor.org), which gives 100% of their donations to actual relief. We have also raised funds for the Red Cross and Médécins sans Frontieres. You can donate to the relief agency of your choosing, and receive a CD as my thanks. To see how, visit http://www.singforhope.org. Thank you so much for reaching out to our neighbors in need.

Bargemusic Concert in Brooklyn
Don’t miss my concert with composer David Del Tredici at Bargemusic in Brooklyn on Saturday, May 29. I am especially excited about this opportunity to work with a favorite composer of mine at the piano. Together we will perform his cycles “Miz Inez Sez” and “Lament for the Death of a Bullfighter,” both of which include some of the most exciting, moving, and challenging music I’ve ever had the privilege to sing. Enjoy the Manhattan skyline as a backdrop to the music.
